The Shorecrest Beach House

So close to the water you feel like you are sailing! On a small grassy bluff overlooking the Long Island Sound and available for weekend, weekly and monthly rentals is the self contained Shorecrest Beach Guest House. Right on the water with its own private beach adjoining that of the Shorecrest BnB private beach, the cottage has three bedrooms on the ground floor, one with Queen bed, one with a King bed and one with two twin beds. The newly renovated second floor spans the length of the house and is furnished with two twin beds that can be converted to a King, and a convertable sofa in the living area, overlooking magnificent views of the Sound through the large windows on the chimney wall. On the ground floor are two newly renovated full bathrooms, a living room with two walls of picture windows and views of the water and sunset, fireplace, flat screen with cable service, Wi-Fi, internet, a newly renovated fully equipped kitchen, dining area and deck with outdoor seating, all overlooking the water.
The cottage comes complete with linens, beach and bathroom towels, beach chairs, loungers and umbrella, and laundry room with a washer, dryer. It is also centrally air conditioned and fully winterized. Guests of the beach house have access to Shorecrest's other water front beach on the Ashamamoque Inlet, to the rear of the Inn, perfect for kayaking, water-skiing and paddle boarding.
